Born and raised in the greater Boston area, Steve has been a resident of local communities that include Waltham, Medford, and Somerville. Currently, he resides in his hometown of Littleton. He grew up working for a family business that has built over 600 houses in the region. He possesses a CSL License, so he understands the product "he sells" and how homes are built from the ground up. A 20+ year veteran of the home market.

Steve makes an efficient and long-lasting impact providing consultation to Buyers, Sellers, and Developers. 

The advice Steve provides is not based on instinct. It is based on solid business justification. Steve earned a degree in Business Management, Economics, and Entrepreneurship from Bentley University (Cum Laude) and his first corporate job was with Hewlett Packard in 2003. It didn't take long for him to realize he was not a good fit for corporate life. Today Steve works with Buyers looking to bullet-proof their investment. Sellers looking to maximize profits, and Developers identifying the true yield of a lot or parcel. His attention to detail, thorough listing package presentation, superior negotiation skills and a strong network of reliable contractors that can perform the work yield 75% of his business from repeat customers and their referrals.

FUN FACT: Steve is a Former USA Gymnastics All Around State Champion!

Judy understands that buying and selling real estate is a life event. She provides her clients with the right solution to fit their real estate needs with experience, confidentiality and sensitivity. Judy has superior negotiating skills, superb communication skills and over 12 years of market knowledge contribute to her success. 

Judy is a full time Realtor with 25 Years previous experience working with Senior Management in the High Tech, Robotics, Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical and Finance Industries.

She attended University of Lowell, Liberal Arts Program and is a long time resident of the Merrimack Valley, currently residing in Ayer, MA.

FUN FACT: Judy enjoys travel and has explored many countries on four continents!

As a marketing and administrative professional, Taylor supports the team through a variety of roles. Her background promoting products and services through marketing collateral and events as well as assisting with business transactions involving customers and service providers helps us convey the passion we have for real estate. Whether managing our social media platforms, executing upon marketing programs, or developing digital or print content, Taylor is shining a light on our day-to-day efforts that ensure successful real estate buying and/or selling experiences. 

Taylor received her business degree from Emmanuel College in Boston and has lived in the surrounding area her entire life. Working in the real estate industry has afforded Taylor the opportunity to bring the excitement she has for the region to clients seeking to achieve their local real estate goals. When she isn't focused upon her business pursuits, Taylor enjoys watching Boston sports teams, and going on new adventures with family and friends.

FUN FACT: Taylor played softball for 18 years and is a huge Red Sox fan!
